ok so here’s a little ranting about a few stupid people in my photo class…

first off the waste of space(which will remain nameless) actually there are 2 of them. they show up to class with no work to do.. no work to show and then complain that class was just a waste of their time. one of them drives almost 2 hours just to sit on a stool in the lab and do nothing. why would you pay money to go to schoool and not even put any effort into class?? i mean THIS IS YOUR FUCKING MAJOR!! if you want to be lazy get a degree by doing nothing then switch your major to business. its peopel like you that make art majors look bad. next off there is the COMPLETE idiot. i cant even begin to describe her. lets just say that if she starts a conversation with you that begins with”can i ask you a question?” RUN! because there is no possible way that you can answer her and have it seep into her brain. she somehow made it to photo 6 with out ever developing a roll of film on her own and then makes intelagent little coments like ” is everyone switching to digital because they dont want to develop film anymore??”

im really starting to get agrivated with these peopel because our senior show is comming up and i dont want their work bringing the rest of ours down. just this morning we were brainstorming ideas for a title of the show and one of them suggested “Gort, Klaatu Barada Niktu” which is the secreat message that stopped the aliens from destroying the earth in the movie the day the earth stood still………….WHAT… the …FUCK.. are yoou kidding me???? she actually thought in her brain that that was a good title for a senior photo show??!!! i mean i understand that she not on the same page as the rest of us but im seriously doubting that shes even on the same planet. im just glad that our professors are finally getting on there case. next week we have a min of 4 prints due for critique and my professor told them they needed 10.hahah. i didnt think some of them would pass last semester.. and they really shouldnt have, hopefully this semester will be different im sick of teachers being to easy on everyone.i mean there is at least one person in my class that shouldnt have passed photo 3 but did and now shes in photo 6 and doesnt know the basics.. you cant really blame the student for that. even our crits are wayyy too nice i dont think i got a real critique at all last semester. i m sick of peopel giving good crits because they are scared someone is gonna shit all over their stuff. >:0 <-- thats my angry face on a lighter note ive been addicted to pete yorn for the past few months.. its good stuff but it gets stuck in your head which really isnt a bad thing. you should go get both his cd’s because i told you to.GO.

typical college guys piss me off

it seems like everyone has their own thing going on this semester and im just taging along.i get wicked lonely at school and this semester is prolly going to be the worst. i cant believe that i like to be in class because i dont like being alone in my rooom.

so i got drunk last semester and told one of my friends about a guy i thought was hot. apparently he was friends with him and told him. now hes in one of my classes and im wicked embarassed. one more reason to hate going to class.

so today is my first night back at school. everything is pretty good so far. my roomate is nice, which is nice. the room is waaayyy nicer then i thought allthough the people is 3a across from my building are pretty fucking loud. i hung out with the guys for a bit but i have too much stuff to do here to go out and get shit faced. my friend ray stoped by for a bit which was cool. i like seeing everyone and having stuff to do other then play with my cat at home. this semester is goona be hard but hopefully it will be fun. my car broke on the ride up here. radiator fulid is leaking everywhere. hopefully it can be fixed without costing alot. i need my car.. no more pvta.

im so stressed out. im not ready to go back to school.

my parents either need to go to therapy or get devorced.being home is not fun.

my brother actually got a job today. maybe finally he will move out of the house. He’s going to be the new social studies teacher at some school the town over. i can’t see him teaching, or doing anything besides playing videogames or practicing his d+d skills with his friedns so they can whooop some 12yr olds butt down at the dragons lair. ehhhh.

Soooooo… I can sum it up in one word.. Awsome. Radiohead was Awsome. such a good concert.Tiffy is a champ for shoving a camera down her pants and getting threw security.No one suspects the short innocent ones and they def dont check your crotch for conceild items. For once I could accually see the stage even tho we were all the way in the back. AWsome Awsome Awsome.

Ive been working full time the past few weeks so i havent been around much. but the money will bee sooo good and i def need it. Im gonna have to get a job up at school because i wanna go to california and visit chris next year :). I deffinitly dont have the money for that and stuff i need for my classes. Hopefully I can find a job. I dont want to have to transfer to the cvs there. NO MORE CVS!!!. 4 and a half years of crack teeth customers is enough.

Im moving back to school in a two weeks. I really dont want to go back anymore. At the begining of the summer I could’nt wait to go back now I wish it was june again. Im really not ready for this year but the sooner I start the closer it is to christmas break :). Most of the rooms on my floor are triples. I lucked out and have only one roomate. My old room is a tripple….sucks for them hahaha. I like living on the first floor but I wish my room was in the back of the building. Now Im liveing in the corner room that everyone stares into when they come in the building. It gets creepy after a whille. your always paraniod someone is watching you. I dont think it wil be too bad. Im prolly not going to be in the room much anyway.

I went to the Brimfield Flea Market with my Dad last thursday for some good old antique whoring. This years market SSUCKED big ass. It was just all over priced garbage. Even my dad didnt find anything intersting which is odd becasue he loves to buy and pack rat away ANYONES trash in our basement. No lawn gnomes…no glass negitives.. not even a crappy brownie camera. I was disapointed. I was actually revolted when i saw someone trying to pawn off there old family albums to people… who would buy that shit, like anyone has such a boring life that they have to flip threw someone elses memories for whatever reason. And who would sell that!!! It wasent even like the photos had any historical value or anything. They were just family photos of birthdays and holidays. Thats just creepy. Then in on booth a guy was selling old test prints for a dollar each….garbage. I couldnt believe he was actually making money off his crappy test prints from people that dont realize it is just trash and will fade in a year or two. I told him a had a few boxes of them in my basement I would gladly sell him.hahhah. I did almost get pick pocketed from an old dirty man. He tried to open my little backpack but I turned around and cought him… basterd. The only thing I almost wasted my money on was a book that was about how to survive a nuclear attack from the 1960’s. It was pretty funny and had nice little drawings of people building fallout shelters and living in them. I decided not to buy it . Maybe next year.

so this week has been very crazy. First a customer at work got jumped in our parking lot. The police think that the men were waiting outside for a women to walk out alone. the beat her up,robbed her then stole her car. this all happened about a half hour after i left. our cvs is is a really sketchy part of town and its only a matter of time befor we get robbed for real by the junkies that usually rip us off. The majority of peopel that work there are female and we usually all get off work at different times so its rare to walk to your car with someone eles. i told my mom that i wanted to get pepper spray. she responded by saying “yeah thats a good idea, but you should get a gun whille your at it, i was looking through the smith and wesson catalog and there are some really cute ladies guns!”. i was like…WHAT??! YOU WANT ME TO GETA GUN AND YOUR SERIOUS!! then she was like.. “we just wont tell your father.” HAHAHAHAH. my moms nuts.

my friend chris came home this week from the marines. i havent seen him since highschool. hes still really hot 🙂 . i hung out with him everyday pretty much. had LOTS of fun. i used to think most guys were just jerks deep down.. but now i guess there not so bad..hahaa. hes to nice to me 🙂

I finallly got my litlle woca camera in the mail today!! (its a holga with a glass lens) i got it off ebay from a guy in china.i went to the mall and bought film for it. now i have to find a lab that develops medium format and isnt very expensive. This week is gonna suck at work. last night was the prom for west springfield and agawam so we were backed up all night. it was my first night back in film and now we have the new noritsu machiene so i was going crazy for a whille. i know i fucked up a couple orders, mostly just forgetting double sets or index prints.i kept forgetting to write down the order number so i just made ones up and prolly overcharged a bunch of people ….. ooopps. i thought i lost some guys negitives. sunday is graduation and almost everyone at work took it off. i have to work film all day…fun.

i can’t stand white boys that call all their little white friends nigger… its soooooo annyoing and it makes you look stupid!! STOP IT!!!

I had to walk my friends dog today. On the way over they played the 420 brownie on radio 104. It was a regae band covering Pink Floyd’s song money. instead of having a cash register sound in the background it was the sound of someone hitting the bong. It was pretty funny, mostly cause it was a HORRIBLE cover. Ive never walked a dog befor. Even tho it was not even a foot off the ground it still draged me down the street. He mostly just sat in the front yard staring at the cars going by. He prolly thought that his owner was gonna be in one of them and save him from this horribly retarded person who dosent know how to walk a dog. He finally pooped and ate something off the lawn then wanted to go back inside.I tried to take his picture but he was scared of my camera. I bribed him with a puppy treat but he outsmarted me. I guess im to used to my cat. You can make her do anything for food.

I got called into work tonight. First time ive been back since january.You can never get too used to not working…especially if its cvs. But on the bright side we have to now wear tacky cvs shirts everyday. I guess free shirts care of the cvs corperation all then more makes up for the lack of decent pay raises.Working was fun .. for about 20 minutes. I forgotten how many wierdos live in my town. One older guy talked to me whille i rang people up for about 10 min about how he travels all over the country with the circus. The funny thing about this is that he has been a regular at the store for the past 4 years ive worked there.I dont know how he can disappear off with the circus and reappear everyday to buy his newspaper. The nastiest customer of the night definitly had to be a lesbian couple that came in wearing shirts that said “snatch.. the best stuff on earth” similar to the snapple logo. sooo gross. Its pretty sad that this has been the most exciting night since school ended.
