hey so today i was at uconn again, and had a boring time. there wasn’t that many people there, and it was rainy for most of the day. i was talking to this one girl named Tara who was part of this group who is in charge of the room we were using for the box sale. she said that she’s in the group cause they get free tickets for the sport events and stuff. so that is cool. she is also very smart, cute, funny, and has a great strong personality. So I did something that I don’t usually do, and also did something I usually do. I gave her my card with my personal screen name on it. now I don’t know if she would call me or IM me, but who knows something might work out there. And the thing I usually do is that I didn’t ask for her screen name or what have you. Yeah I know I’m stupid but hey it’s a start for me right heh…

Tomorrow is another day, my last day at uconn. it is a great campus, very nice looking. More so then umass. they even have a D.P. Dough. how sweet is that? And if you don’t know what D.P. Dough is then, my friend you are missing out. I hope I see Tara again tomorrow, but chances are I won’t knowing my luck. hopefully I will meat some cool girl(s) tomorrow and be able to hang out with them after work. More so cause I have Saturday off. I’m also maybe working another angle closer to home but more on that to come.

Raucous Amherst party pits students vs. police

A drunken party involving about 1,000 Amherst-area college students turned ugly early yesterday when partygoers met police attempts to disperse the crowd with tossed bottles and thrown punches.

Amherst police said they were sent to the Townehouse Apartments on Meadow Street, about a mile from the University of Massachusetts campus, about 12:15 a.m. for a report that a large party had grown unruly.

Officers reported finding between 700 and 1,000 people in a “quad” area between four buildings.

When police learned of sporadic fights breaking out within the crowd, officers from the evening shift were held over to assist other officers clad in riot gear with dispersing the crowd.

“While clearing the area, officers, as well as those in the crowd, were pelted with bottles and cans,” according to an Amherst Police Department statement.

“Several sliding glass doors to apartment units were shattered by thrown objects. One Amherst Police Department cruiser had its rear window smashed by a thrown beer bottle.”

Police said Stephen M. Gill, 19, of Newton was charged with disorderly conduct.

Two other partygoers were taken to Cooley Dickinson Hospital after consuming too much liquor, police said.

Police said they would likely be in contact with area college officials today to discuss the incident.

“Our police department will work with the colleges, but I don’t know what they will do yet,” one Amherst officer said yesterday.

Barbara Pitoniak, a spokeswoman for UMass, said yesterday she was unaware if any UMass students were involved in the disturbance.

Pitoniak said students who live on campus have stricter conduct requirements, but that doesn’t preclude disciplinary action against students who live off campus.

“The code of conduct does apply in some cases to off-campus students,” she said.

“If it is determined there was a problem with some of our students, I’m sure that would be something that our dean of students would address.”

why do people even watch the local news any more? i was passing by the tv just now and just saw like 2 mins of it. and all there was on it, was this person got killed, this other person got killed, a local woman beat her kid up as well, blah blah blah. and this is why i dont watch the news

i told my mother last night that i’m going to uconn today, and i asked her what time she will be done and out of the house in the morning. she said way before i get up. cause she has a 8am class. i told her that i have to be at uconn at 9:30 am, and it takes an hour and 1/2 to get there, or at least the internet directions told me so. so that means i have to leave here at 8 am or so. i get up at 6:50 and give her until 7am to see if she is out of the bathroom, no. she hasn’t even gone in yet.

oh shes out now more to tell when i get back tonight.

just found out that someone stole my paper today or something, what the fuck?…

tomorrow i’ll be at UCONN selling t-shirts for Aeropostale from 9:30am – 7:30pm stop by and say hi.

my mother bitches to me to do something around the house.

i do everything around the house and when i dont do something she gets on my back about it.

next time she pulls something like that, out comes the cam and the internet gets to see how much of a bitch and slob she is.

i love it when she comes home and bitches to me right before i go to bed, cause i have to get up at 6:50 am today or (tomorrow how ever you want to look at it) to get ready for work.

OK…..here goes. I am officially posting. I have’t really figured out what I want to post about. So allow me to introduce myself.

WTF, I’m sooo pissed off right now, but I don’t know if I should be. More pissed off about my self then anything else. The same shit always happens to me, always

you know i’m looking at the masslive campus cam and i can’t help but be a bit sad, or glum cause all these people are there, friends, couples, every type of people, and they all have smiles on their faces. and i’ve been home sitting around with no one around to do anything with since 6.30 pm when i got home from work. this sucks…

damn it and i messed up the blog too. reason is i forgot to add the ” to the end of the image code when i posted it, and it won’t let me go back to fix it… fuckers…

I went to school today to find out about the last class I have to take for my associates degree in electronic media, and it should be simple enough I’m going to have to make about 10 pictures total and then make a web site to display them or something. Ha, to easy! But of course there is a catch, like what the pictures consist of and what they are ment to portray or what ever. I already got my first assignment before I’m even signed up for the class weird heh.

I also found out today that i can’t get my certification and my associates for my webmaster degree. Funny that you have to let the college know that you are done and want to graduate, they don’t know that you are done with your courses or anything like that, even though the computer keeps a list of them. Once again a stupid thing that can be fixed if you just let 2 databases talk to each other… dumbasses. So on the 18th or so of this month I’ll get the paper or something saying that I have an associates for the webmaster degree, joy. And then by December I’ll have the other associates, joy again.

Kat should be posting soon, I just set up her accounts for her and all that she needs to do know is log in and start blogging! I can hardly wait!

I would like to see how many people will still have their flags hanging, and wearing all that Americana stuff tomorrow, and for the next week at that..

At about 1:30am – 2:00 am I remembered to take out the trash when I was going to get a snack in the kitchen. When I was bringing the trash out to the curb I thought to my self it’s a great night out for a walk, then remembered who likes to go for long walks in the night, and how I never really went on one with her before, and how tonight would be a prefect night for it. Foggy in some places, clear sky, not to cold, not to hot, no bugs attacking you the minute you walk out of your house, a nice night. And then I thought how I don’t have those strong feeling for her like I used to, and if by some chance she would want to get together now, I don’t know if I would say yes. But I so do wish I could go for a walk with her tonight, not as anything, just 2 friends going for a walk. I wish things were different, I wish things would change for me, I wish things would change for everyone.

You know, I’ve been thinking… Who the fuck names their computer? Losers…

working, fire alarm, working, red bull, working, going home, fire trucks, back to work, flat tire, going home, projects…

OK so I’m working, ringing out people the store is packed. And only 2 of us are on the register because all the new people can’t ring yet, so I’m in the middle of doing a return and then all of a sudden the fire alarm goes off. And the dumb ass people are just standing there. I’m said so about 50 or so people in line, "This is the fire alarm we need to evacuate the store every one please exit the front of the store." Then got on the walkie and asked who’s at the front door, and they said you. So I ran to the front of the store to kick the ass of anyone who is trying to steal anything, and got there before the people who were in line did, not bad I would say. So blah blah blah, one of the smoke detectors was fucked up and set off all the other alarms. So that was fun, things got back to normal after that.

So after I had my supper at 5-6 and having a red bull energy drink cause I was drained from the adrenaline rush I had. I went back on the floor to ring. And about 20 mins later 3 red bull people come into he store, 2 with the coolest backpacks on that look like red bull cans, and offered us free red bulls, so I’m like hell yeah! so I chugged my cold red bull (um like the one I had for lunch, fucking target) and I was buzzing soon after that.

On the way home, I had left with Moe, we saw fire trucks going to the mall, and she thought that the since we armed the security system when we left that could have tripped the fire alarm again. So we went back to the store. But the trucks we parked in front of kahunaville we saw as we were turning to go to the store. Moe was driving in front of me and she was looking at the trucks and not how she was driving and went over the curb and landed on some type of metal that made a nice popping sound in her tire and then a very loud hissing sound. And with in oh 20 seconds her tire was flat, we had a good laugh about it, called AAA and chilled for about 30 or so minutes until they got there, they put on the donut tire, and little dinky thing I might add too, and we drove off to

our homes.

coming home on the highway I there was a cop car on the side of the road with his lights off just sitting there. I was going the speed limit but I kept a close eye on the car. I saw its reflection on the side of the road from the other cars passing it, and I couldn’t tell if it was moving in the breakdown lane with its lights off or not, maybe to go after me. Why I don’t know I’m paranoid like that, so I got off the next exit and took the back way to my house, only took like an extra 2 mins if I didn’t take the normal way home.

So that was my day today, a fun filled day. Still up from the red bulls and my warp energy mints I had too today. Some of the projects I have in the works is that I’m going to make a little present for the people at work. I have a nice collection of pictures from work and the events we have had there too, so I’m going to make a little web site for the people there. Now only about 4 or so people would enjoy that cause that’s all we have left from the beginning, but hey its the thought that counts right?
