the end of the would was said to happen
She felt the need to call me
To tell me that she loved me
Before that was said a pause in her voice made me worry something was wrong
I asked if everything was all right
she said that if the world was to end she wanted me to know this
a nervous laugh and I said loved her too
I was going to ask what she is up to for the rest of the day
But she needed to go and give every else a call as well
